P&G Sees Organic Sales Grow More Than 1% in Fiscal Year 2026

Growth was broad-based across categories and regions.

“Fiscal 2026 was a year of foundation building while continuing to grow sales,” said CEO Shailesh Jejurikar.

Organic sales grew more than 1% for Procter and Gamble in fiscal year 2026.

Growth was broad-based across categories and regions at P&G. Nine of 10 product categories held or grew organic sales; all regions held or grew organic sales.

Core earnings per share were up 1%. The Happi Top 50 Company also reportedly returned over $15 billion in cash to shareowners through over $10 billion in dividends and $5 billion in share repurchases.

“Fiscal 2026 was a year of foundation building while continuing to grow sales and profit and return high levels of cash to shareowners despite a very challenging geopolitical and economic environment,” said Shailesh Jejurikar, president and CEO. “In fiscal 2027, we expect to deliver progress on each of these key measures despite continued volatility. We believe the best path to sustainable, balanced growth is to double down on our strategy and put the consumer first in everything we do. Stronger, integrated execution to delight consumers with superior products at a superior value. We are confident in our plans to accelerate growth from semester-to-semester, and our investments will be funded with a strong productivity program.”

Jejurikar took the helm at P&G on Aug. 1 in place of Jon Moeller who will retire on Aug. 14. Jejurikar, who joined the company in 1989, has been a member of P&G’s global leadership team since 2014, holding various senior leadership roles across categories, sectors and regions. He has helped build several of P&G’s core businesses, including global Fabric Care and Home Care, in regions such as North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

It’s been a busy year for P&G. In February, the company announced a nationwide rollout of Tide’s fiber-detergent tile and held an event for Olay promoting its new Super Collection in New York City.
